Return Policy

How long do I have before making a return? 
 

If you want to change your order after you order within 24 hours or we still haven't shipped the item, we can support the change item for free. If you still want to return the item after you received it, you can send it back and we will return it to you after checking the item (we are only responsible for any errors we caused and will resend the order. Please contact us <elledora2017@gmail.com> with questions and we will help you).

 

This is our return rules.

 

We do not accept returns or exchange without prior return authorization.

Note:

 

WE DO NOT OFFER ANY EXCHANGES AND/OR REFUNDS UNLESS YOUR ITEMS ARE DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL. 

 

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE PURCHASING THE RIGHT SIZE FOR EVERY ITEM. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU PURCHASE THE WRONG SIZE.

 

If you have any questions, please contact us via Gmail. If you initiate a Paypal dispute without communicating with us and without a reason, the initiator will be responsible for any dispute fees incurred during the dispute ($35 per transaction).
And we will not process refund requests and will also blacklist them from our list.

 

Therefore, if you need to return your order for some reason(Note: we only deal with orders within 5 days after the package is delivered),Please contact us for return instructions and return address within 5 days after receiving the order. Once authorized to return the item(s), please follow the instructions provided.

 

We recommend that all returns be sent via a trackable courier. ALWAYS keep the Return Tracking Number associated with the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. ELLEDORA is not responsible for any packages sent with a return label not provided by us, or packages shipped to any location which was not provided by us.

 

ITEMS WHICH CANNOT BE RETURNED ARE LISTED BELOW:

 

Hair Extensions, Eye Lashes, Nails, Make Up (eye shadow, lipstick, powders etc), MASKS, Swimwear (Bikinis, Trunks, Monokini, Swimsuit, One Piece, Tankini) & Underwear (any item which was created/designed/manufactured to come into NAKED contact with or cover your "Private Bits" including panties, boxers, briefs, lingerie (bra & underwear), stockings/pantyhose, teddy/bodysuits/babydoll/jumpsuits etc cannot be returned. THESE PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

 
 

1. Sign into your ELLEDORA account.
2. Find the order in My Orders, click the "Return Item" button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
4. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
5. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
 
NOTE: If you are paying to ship back the return yourself, you can use any shipping method you like, just make sure it's postmarked no later than 30 days from the purchase date. (See "Important Notice" section for details)
*The shipping label we provide only works if you are shipping within the US.
 

1. Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Simply contact us and describe the problem (with photos) or the return reason along with your order number.

 

2. If any items are used or unaccounted for we will NOT issue a refund.

 

3. Merchandise must have all original tags, stickers, packaging, accessories and embellishments fully intact; (INCLUDING the clear plastic with item barcode);

 

4. *IF A PRODUCT IS USED, ALL PIECES/CONTENTS ARE NOT INCLUDED OR THE ITEM IS NOT IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND.

 

5. A Tracking Number is required for us to validate your return.

 

6. IF YOU NEED TO EXCHANGE for a different size of the SAME STYLE & PRICE,PLEASE CHECK THAT THE NEW SIZE & COLOUR IS AVAILABLE. (Please let us know the size or colour -Write in NOTE section then slip the PACKING SLIP in your return package). If an exchange item is not available the item will be AUTOMATICALLY refunded.

 

Clothing Policy:

 

1. Items must be in original unworn condition (of course you may try the garment on, but do not wear it outside).

2. We are responsible for the following: marks, broken zipper, rips or tears, obvious color difference. Please be assured that we will accept full responsibility for any errors or issues that are our fault.

3. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty) please contact us to arrange a return. You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.

 

4. If your garment doesn't fit please contact us telling us the bust/waist/length measurements of the item you received and the size on the label or package. We ask that you check measurements carefully before purchase so we will deal with this on a case by case basis. As noted in the listings, garments are measured by hand, so please allow for a possible small difference to the chart.

 

5. Orders must be returned with a tracking or reference number and your order number written clearly on the outside of the parcel.

 

6. We will process your exchange or refund once we have received the item(s) at our international returns facility.

 

*RETURN ITEMS CAN TAKE A MINIMUM OF 15 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS.

To return an item, please contact elledora2017@gmail.com with reference of your order number. We will get back to you shortly with detailed instruction in the order they are received. Please note that we do not cover your Return Shipping costs.

Important Notice:

1. Please contact us BEFORE you return any goods. Do NOT return parcels to the address on the package as this is our shipping agent and they will NOT return packages to us.
2. Please make sure you don't include non-ELLEDORA items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
 
 
Refunds
1. Refunds will be processed within 15 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your ELLEDORA Wallet or the original payment account, as per your request.
Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
2. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

How do I cancel my order?

 

You can cancel your order before your package is shipped by contacting elledora2017@gmail.com during our working hours.

 

Our Working Hours are from Monday to Friday 9:30am-6pm.

 

Once your package has shipped/leave our warehouse i.e marked as "FULFILLED" and is automatically IN-TRANSIT to you, it's no longer possible to cancel the order or make any changes whatsoever. WE CANNOT CANCEL OR REFUND AN ORDER "IN-TRANSIT".

 

I cancelled my order. How will I receive my refund?

 

Depending on your payment type, your refund will be automatically applied back to your account. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. In some cases, especially with credit cards, your original charge may disappear entirely from your statement and you won't see a refund in your account, you can call your bank to verify if this happens.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE REFUND DIRECTLY AND ONLY TO THE ACCOUNT USED TO MAKE THE PAYMENT TO PREVENT FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES, EVEN IF THIS CARD IS NO LONGER IN USE. WE WILL NOT CHANGE THIS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

 

If you pay with a card that will be expiring soon or one that was stolen/misplaced stolen, please be advised accordingly. Once a refund is issued to a Visa/MasterCard Gift Card, it cannot be reversed or reclaimed if the card is no longer in your possession.

 

Refunds do not include shipping costs for packages which have been delivered, returned due to a wrong address or returned because it could not be delivered to the delivery address, these charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Promotions

 

Rules

 

1. If you include any sort of discount coupon at check out during a Promotional Sale, you will not receive the promotional price/special/offer as it will be void.

 

2. Promotional Sale item purchases with a cost of $0.00 are FINAL.
